Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and placing an order with RichInFaith, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below.

Products and Pricing: All products are sold as pre-orders unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Terms:  Pre-order items will be produced and shipped within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this timeline. We will make every effort to meet this timeline but are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or shipping carriers.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds: All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about damaged or defective items.

Limitation of Liability: Richinfaith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
