No Refunds or Cancellations All sales are final for pre-order items. Once your order is placed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations as production has already begun.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at richinfaith.s@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- Your order number
We will review all claims and issue a refund for verified damage caused during shipping. Damage caused by misuse, washing, or wear is not covered.
